That's why we want to review our decade of life, through a series of articles. Today we publish the first one, 2011: the beginning of the beginning.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The year 2011 was a special year for all of us, after several months of refurbishing\u00a0of the\u00a0property\u00a0that existed before\u00a0BonAmb, we decided to carry out the first great challenge of\u00a0BonAmb: to open in the middle of the summer\u00a0high\u00a0season. On July 26th,\u00a02011,\u00a0we opened to the public with less than ten\u00a0team members, but with all the enthusiasm and ambition in the world.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">From the beginning we knew that respect for the gastronomic culture of the Marina Alta, the work with local artisans and producers and the care of the product, was paramount for us.\u00a0But we also\u00a0wanted to send our way of interpreting this gastronomic tradition of\u00a0J\u00e1vea\u00a0to the tables, always attending to the preferences of\u00a0our\u00a0diners, to make ourselves known.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">On November 21, 2011,\u00a0Arrop,\u00a0Nerua\u00a0and Ram\u00f3n\u00a0Freixa\u00a0restaurants got 3 Repsol\u00a0Suns.
