This\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">makes us\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">really happy<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, because moreover, the kitchen serves as social assistance.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We wanted to contribute our grain of sand, broadcasting every week, gastronomic\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">live streams<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> with our chef Alberto Ferruz and other members of our team. The<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> protagonist of this fourth part is sweetness, where our pastry chef Laura Garc\u00eda prepares another classic:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cream strudel<br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ingredients<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"-\" data-font=\"Times New Roman\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"0\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">250g milk.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"-\" data-font=\"Times New Roman\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"0\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">125g liquid cream.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"-\" data-font=\"Times New Roman\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"0\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">125g white sugar.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"-\" data-font=\"Times New Roman\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"0\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">70g\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">egg\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">yolk.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"-\" data-font=\"Times New Roman\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"0\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">40g cornstarch.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"-\" data-font=\"Times New Roman\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"0\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">1 vanilla pod.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"-\" data-font=\"Times New Roman\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"0\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">1 sheet of puff pastry.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"-\" data-font=\"Times New Roman\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"0\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Icing sugar.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li data-leveltext=\"%1.\" data-font=\"\" data-listid=\"6\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Stir all ingredients in a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0blender<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, except<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0the<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0puff pastry and icing sugar.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Blend<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, strain into a bowl and microwave at full power and for 3 minutes. Every minute take out and beat to avoid lumps.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"%1.\" data-font=\"\" data-listid=\"6\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cool in a cold, wide container, making movements to spread.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Put it in<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0a sleeve.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"%1.\" data-font=\"\" data-listid=\"6\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Trim the puff pastry into rectangles 5 cm wide x 14 high. Sprinkle with icing sugar and bake at 170<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00ba<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, for 14 minutes.
