That\u2019s why we want to review our decade of life, through a series of articles. Today we publish the fourth instalment: 2016: A second Star guides us.<\/p>\n<p>We come to a very special year in the existence of BonAmb. Just three years after debuting in the Michelin guide, we were awarded the second Star. After just five years since opening our doors, we already had 2 Michelin Stars and 2 Repsol Suns. The great effort and sacrifice of Alberto Ferruz, Pablo Catal\u00e1 and their respective teams had been recognized in record time.<\/p>\n<p>During the year of 2016 we carried out a renovation in the kitchen and the creations that came out of it were: pumpkin pickle, grilled filtered shrimp, salt-steamed mackerel, etc &#8230; while the dining hall offered references from several international areas of cava, champagne and spirits.
