We have just terminated our 2021 season, a beautiful season for all the gestures of affection from our diners, on the restaurant’s 10th anniversary. It has been a fantastic birthday and each visit of yours has been a gift for us, especially in this difficult time for the catering industry.
As for BonAmb, we have tried to return all that love as always, with love, effort, work, passion and surprises in each gastronomic experience. This year we have brought to the table dishes such as Roasted Green Pepper Extract, Tuna Heart Ragout, Razor Bolognese, Turnip Tatin, Marine Papardelle and Fermented Banana.
In addition to having been one of the years that we have received the most visits in our history, our team has made an incredible effort to guarantee the safety of each and every one of the diners. Even having to adapt to the mandatory sanitary measures, all our tables have lived the BonAmb experience as if they were in their own home.
BonAmb has turned 10 years old. We are proud of it and with the same desire as the first day, to continue offering happiness through our tables. We have reached a decade and next year we will begin a cycle, a new gastronomic cycle, but with all the essence of BonAmb.
